I’m on a mission to help professionals be happier at work and enjoy Monday through Friday as much as they enjoy Saturday and Sunday. I refuse to believe that we have to live our lives dreading Sunday evening and hating Monday morning because we are less than satisfied with our career. Life is too short for that.
For Individuals, I do that by helping clients clarify their career direction, plan and execute a job search, or deepen and broaden their skills to obtain or advance in the career they want.
For small companies (10 – 2000 employees) I help business owners and leaders offload work that they either do not have time for or the skills for by handling their new manager transition training and coaching; training and coaching their experienced managers so that training actually turns into skill development and behavior change, and I also provide management team developing and group coaching.
